Good attitudes, hard-workers but ultimately I still think Hughton is trying to convince himself as much as us that we wants the manager's job. If he wants it and he keeps on performing then why change it? I'll give him time to prove me wrong. But he's doing a fine job of actually doing it. As I said with Lovenkrands, I feel he's a decent player and will probably benefit playing at this level.
