This is a time i'm referring to when Robinson was England no1. Harper is a very reliable keeper and if James, Green and Foster all got injured, yes he should be called up as back up. I think if James and Foster were consistently reliable then we wouldn't have much of a discussion, but I really don't rate much of Foster's game apart from reflexes.
