I have been to the Faroe Islands many times and I know the country well….and I have to say with out a shadow of a doubt that they DO have a much higher standard of living there than in the UK by a mile! any one who thinks people in the uk have a high standard of living are living a very sheltered life..the kind of narrow minded shit that comes from a lot of newcastle fans…

eastend, the UK has about an 8% unemployment, the USA has around a 13%. 5% is significantly lower than both of these. Quality of life is about far more than just statistics, but of course your English ignorance that we are the best country in the world will of course prevail.

On a football note, he seems like a decent player, but I can’t see how he can make a large impact at first team level, we seem to have a wealth of strikers (albeit the most of them are distinctly average).
