If that assault came from tiote the f.a. Would hang him from their headquarters.Sorry now wont help one shite and we wont get those points back..I knew today’s match was going to be some sorts of shenanigans but that was catpoo..But the city game,if yaya doesn’t make the match,we will beat them.

“Sorry now wont help one shite and we wont get those points back”

You can’t say whether that had any effect on the result or not sampdiago. Surely the main issue is how long Haidara will be out of the game?

The reason mark Halsey couldn’t see it was because Steven Taylor (I think it was Taylor) ran right in front of him at the very moment it happened.

True, the main issue is how Haidara is and if debouchy is o.k.,that old hamstring curse is back I see,but as much as you are being fair,Martinez “he got the ball then it was a bad challenge”statement says it all.The tackle was grim,my son saw that and screamed like my daughter, cant wait for
The f.a.s reaction, bet because nobody saw it,because Taylor is so fat that even
The linesman could not see the tackle or Martinez or the Wigan coaching staff or even mcmanaman. Here on this blog we whip our own when the tackles are more Paul scholes hole in thigh type and not David battyish enough for us,but the loss is raw, that tackle was like dog porn.

Without putting a sliderule between the ref and the tackle site, we can’t be sure. I reckon there was enough visible for him to work out what happened and for him to take appropriate action.

It really p!ssed me off to see the Wigan (sh!te) fans cheering Macdirtygit off the pitch.

I really hope they get relegated, they are nowt but a league 2 side anyway with an exceptional manager. Suppose I have to give them that.

    Hows that for fence sitting!!!

“Without putting a sliderule between the ref and the tackle site”

Neville did that on Sky Grumpy. There was definitely a fat Geordie in the way just as it happened unfortunately.

Aye Sampdiago, it was a terrible challenge, it should have been a straight sending off and that McManaman should have been banned for three games. However, if Halsey couldn’t see it for Taylor, he couldn’t give it. I can’t defend the assistants one way or the other as it wasn’t shown from their points of view with freeze frames when the incident happened and so on…

“jesus was a wiganer”, if that’s the case, then mcmanamen wants nailing to a cross, after that tackle.
fair enough if he was late, but there was no attempt to make a tackle, he basically done haidara, plain and simple.
i hope the F.A charge him for that, and give him at least a 6 match ban, and a hefty fine.

the horror tackle and a few other decisions, gave pardew his obligatory excuses, as to why we were defeated.
fair enough he can have a couple of gripes, but i am growing tired of this man’s negative style of football, and excuses and hard luck stories.

wigan in recent times have been all over the place, in defence, and we rarely put them under pressure.
for the last few games i’ve seen us cross the ball into the box, only for the goalkeeper to make catches without challenge.
i thought we were starting to turn a corner, but the passing is getting worse, and we still continually give the ball to the opposition, thus making all our own problems.
too many times now, we are being beaten by teams we should be beating.
i’m sick and tired of watching that creep pardew with his notebook, he should save himself some money, and use a postage stamp.
